Step 1: Access Your Facility’s Landing Page Settings
- Login to Your Account: Navigate to the arrow menu next to your Profile icon and find Manage Facilities.
- Go to Facility Edit Settings: Within your selected facility, locate the Facility tab and find Edit from the dropdown menu.
Step 2: Upload Your Facility Logos and Images
For easier access, go to Customizations to find where you start uploading everything.
Make a great first impression with high-quality, branded visuals.
- Cover Photo (aka Header Image): Add an eye-catching banner at the top of your facility landing page that will also become the background photo behind the Book Now button on the mobile view.
- Recommended Dimensions: 1242x520 pixels for full-width coverage.
- Facility Logos: Upload your two club logo variations in white and colored.
- Recommended Dimensions: 1200x384 pixels for best usage of space. Also, make sure the logos have a transparent background.
- Icon Logo (aka Favicon): Add your brand's icon to serve as the main icon shown in the home screen and the favicon that will show on the website tab.
- Recommendations: Upload a square photo of 500x500 pixels and make sure it doesn't have transparent background as this will black out on the mobile view. ⚠️
- Home Photo: This will become the second photo after the header cover photo on your facility page. To see it, you first need to toggle the Enable Home Box setting.
- Recommended Dimensions: 565x482 pixels.
💡 Tip: Use PNG or JPEG formats for best quality, and keep images under 100 KB.
Step 3: Customize Colors to Match Your Brand
- Choose Facility Colors: Within the Landing Page settings, you’ll find the Facility Color to customize all color accents associated with your facility. Copy and paste the HEX code that will become the color for text, buttons, and backgrounds to align with your club’s branding.
💡 Tip: This is a universal setting and will translate to the mobile view, too.
Step 4: Add Descriptions and Welcome Text
- Welcome Message: Consider adding a custom welcome message for new players logging in under the Hero Text. This can include reminders about booking policies, club amenities, or upcoming events.
- Facility Description: Add a brief description of your facility—who you are, what you offer, and why players should choose you.
Step 5: Set Up Your Mobile View (Optional but Recommended)
Playbypoint's landing page is responsive, but setting up your mobile view ensures that your images and colors look just as great on smaller screens.
- Check Mobile-Specific Previews: In your settings, you’ll find an option to view the mobile version of your page.
- Adjust as Needed: If certain images or text layouts don’t fit well, try resizing them or updating the mobile-specific view settings.
Step 6: Save and Preview
- Save Your Customizations: Be sure to save all changes by scrolling all the way down to the Update Facility button.
- Preview Your Page: Quickly open your facility landing page by going to the Preview button next to your club's name.
