Steps to Access the Autocharge Rule

• Log into your Playbypoint account
  Enter your admin credentials to access your account.

• Navigate to Manage Bookings
  Click on the Manage Bookings button to enter the admin dashboard.

• Access Settings
  From the admin section, select Settings to manage your reservation rules.

• Locate Reservation Rules
  In the Settings menu, find the Reservation Rules section. You can use the search bar or scroll to locate the rule titled Amount of Hours to Autocharge Prior/After Reservation Time.

Understanding and Configuring the Rule

This rule allows you to set specific timeframes for when players will be automatically charged if they have not completed their payment for a court reservation. You can configure it to charge players:

• Before the Reservation Time:
  By setting a negative value (e.g., -2 hours), the system will automatically charge players 2 hours before their reservation if payment has not been completed.

• After the Reservation Time:
  By entering a positive value (e.g., 2 hours), the system will charge players 2 hours after their reservation time if they have not finalized their payment.

This autocharge setting can also be tailored based on member affiliation. For example:

• Premium Members might have different autocharge rules compared to Basic Members, allowing for more flexibility or grace periods in their payments.
• Non Members can be set to get an autocharge one hour before the reservation period if they haven't completed payment yet.
