Membership Cancellation vs. Pausing:

1. Cancelling a Subscription:

   • Cancellation disables automatic renewal.
   • The membership remains active and valid until the next renewal date.
   • After the renewal date, the membership expires, and no further charges will be made.

2. Pausing a Membership:

   • Pausing immediately marks the membership as invalid, and all benefits stop.
   • The billing cycle is not extended during the pause. In other words, the membership's timeline remains the same, and it does not push the renewal date forward.
   • While the membership is paused, any scheduled renewal dates are skipped, meaning no charges will be made.
   • When the membership is unpaused, it resumes from the same point in the original billing cycle, with automatic renewal re-enabled.
