Private App: Creating a Apple Developer Account

Step 1: Prepare Your Information

1. Ensure you have a DUNS Number:
   • Apple requires a DUNS (Data Universal Numbering System) number for your organization.
   • Check if your company already has a DUNS number assigned. If not, you can request one from the Dun & Bradstreet website.

Step 2: Create an Apple ID (if you don't have one)

1. Visit the Apple ID website:
   • Create an Apple ID using your organization’s email address.

Step 3: Enroll in the Apple Developer Program

1. Go to the Apple Developer website:

   • Click on "Enroll" at the top right corner of the page.
   • Sign in with your Apple ID.

2. Select "Start Your Enrollment":

   • Under "Entity Type," select "Company / Organization" and click "Continue."

3. Enter Your Organization's Information:

   • Provide your organization’s legal name, DUNS number, and contact information.
   • Apple will verify your DUNS number and legal entity status. This process may take a few days.

4. Agree to the Apple Developer Program License Agreement:

   • Review the agreement and check the box to accept the terms.

5. Purchase the Membership:

   • Pay the annual fee of $99 (or equivalent in your currency) using a credit card.

Step 4: Verify Your Account

1. Wait for Apple to Review Your Enrollment:

   • Apple will review your enrollment information and may contact you for additional verification. This process can take a few days.

2. Complete Your Enrollment:

   • Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation. Follow the instructions to complete the enrollment process.

Step 5: Grant Admin Access

1. Sign in to Your Apple Developer Account:

   • Visit the Apple Developer website.
   • Sign in with your Apple ID.

2. Navigate to "Users and Access":

   • Go to the "Users and Access" section in your account settings.

3. Add New Users:

   • Click the "+" button to add new users.
   • Enter the following email addresses and assign them "Admin" roles:
     
     • mdm@playbypoint.com (MDM)
     • joelt@playbypoint.com (Joel T) 
     • noel@playbypoint.com (Noel M)
     • mobile@playbypoint.com (Gabriela U) 

   • Send Invitations:

   • Send the invitations to the above email addresses. The recipients will need to accept the invitations to gain access.

Step 6: Fill Out Form & Wait for Approval

Once you have completed all these steps please fill out THIS FORM. This is essential so our team can begin the production of the app. 

Once you've given us all the required info, Playbypoint submits your app on your behalf and we wait for Apple's Approval.
