How to Remove Club Credits

Create a Product 

1. Create a product in merchandise called "Adjustment"

2. Give the product a price (ex. $100), no tax 

3. Save the product 

Remove Credits from a Player 

1. Go to merchandise

2. select the product you created "adjustment" 

3. Under "who is paying" type the players email/name

4. select "Club credits" as method of payment

5. If the amount is more or less than the product value, select "Apply discount" and input custom amount. 

6. Click pay

7. Club credits should no longer be in the profile 

Club Credits back to Card

Note: Club credits that come in as refunds (Lesson, reservations, etc) are not intended to go back to card. Reach out to Playbypoint if further assistance needed. 

If the player purchased club credits directly, you can refund the original payment back to card and continue the removal of club credits steps above.
