Refund Policy Set Up

A guide to setting up different types of refund policies under Reservation Rules for Admins only.

Follow these steps to set up refund policies for your club's Reservation Rules.

1.  Log in to your Playbypoint account.
2. Click on Manage Bookings to be redirected to the platform.
   
3.  Next, go to Settings.

4. Now, under the Booking section, click on Reservation Rules.

5. Once inside Reservation Rules, scroll all the way down to find the three areas where you can set up the Refund Policy based on cancellation types. 

6. And now all that's left for you to do is choose the wanted action for each one. 

Another thing we should point out is that under Options you can Add rule exceptions for different affiliation types.
