Teacher lessons reports, revenue, hours and packages all under one big Lessons umbrella to track performance and monetary gain with other KPIs.
Want to know how your club professionals are doing? The Lessons reports are the right place to find all that and analyze reports segmented by Lesson Revenue, Lesson Hours, and Lesson Packages.
- These reports can be easily accessed by first going to the Reports page from the sidebar menu.
2. Next, you can either find more information about the lessons through the easy access bar at the top:
or down in the Lessons section where under it you'll see these same reports listed:
The Lesson Revenue (also known as Teacher Revenue) report, gives you an overview of every teacher in terms of finances. For example:

Then, the Lesson Hours report (also known as Teacher Hours) goes more into detail for every booked session, the number of players per lesson, and much more. You can even choose different date ranges here.
Or get a general view of all teachers, or dig into one specific teacher.
Last but not least, the Lesson Packages report is, as the name suggests, about how many lessons packages were sold per teacher. The different package names, the players that hold a certain package, and the pro that it was appointed to. On top of that, you can clearly see how many more lessons they have left and how many classes they've already received with each teacher.
For example:

Now, a couple of things we need to highlight regarding Revenue reports:
- To prevent skewed numbers in the monetization rate, ensure that every time you block a court, you're using its block feature and not blocking it as a separate reservation.
- Keep in mind that when you mark rainouts, these will bring the dollar average down since it counts as courts not being utilized inside business hours.
- Your monetization rate will also be affected by any comped reservations.
If you want more information about booking summaries, you can view its detailed report called Booking Summary.
