How to Create a Club Account

In this article you will learn how to create and open Club Account for members. Also included how to link family members to the club account.

Welcome to our refreshed guide for creating and opening a club account for a club member.

 This tutorial follows the quick steps to do so. Also included in this guide is how to link/add family members to the club account so it can all go under the same payment.

Now, let's get into it! 
 

1. Select Club Account from the sidebar menu.
   
   
   
   2. In the upper right corner, go to New. 
   
   
   
   3. Next up fill out the form. Name the Club Account, set a Balance Limit, and Check whether or not the user would want Automatic Payments for this account. 
   
   
   
   
   4. If you check the Automatic Payment box, you'll get some extra options to complete. 
   Under the Automatic Payment Method, you just need to choose one of the options.
   
   Closing Day is the last day that an account will be charged for and Due Day is the day the automatic payment is going to go through. For example, Closing Day could be the first of every month, and Due Day would be the 25th of every month.
   
   
   
   After you fill out all the information, it should look something like this:
   
   
   
   
   5. To finish creating this Club Account, just hit the Create button.
   
   
   
   Now that you've created the Club Account, you need to add a user or users to the club account (if this is meant to be a family account).
   
   To do this, follow these steps.
   1. Go to the Club Account details.
   
   
    
2. Scroll down to find the Players section.
   
   
   
   3. Now, in this part, if the player or players to be linked to the account already hold a username in the system, just use the search bar to find them and add them to the Club Account.
   
   
   
   In the case that this is someone who hasn't created a user login to the club, click on + New User and fill out the information required.
   
   NOTE: You may add multiple users to a single club account if it's meant to be used by multiple members under one payment.
   
   
   
   Now, that you're done creating a Club Account and adding players to it, they can start using their Club Account as their club tab where they get charged once per month and there's no need to pay after every reservation!
