Booking Summary Report

Discover the key information related to bookings, including filters by player, association, and membership.

The “Booking Summary” report is an essential way to visualize all the booking activity within your club.

There are two ways in which you can find this report. 

1. First, go to Reports from the sidebar menu.

2. Next, you can either click on Bookings to quickly go to the Booking Summary report… 

… Or find the Activity section below and then click on Booking Summary.

Once inside the Booking Summary report, you've got everything you need to see and evaluate how many bookings your club had. 

Note: This is a demo account and the numbers depicted are just for explaining purposes.

You can also segment by different time ranges and notice weekly, monthly, and yearly booking trends or choose a custom time range.

Sort by name or filter by membership expiration, reservations, no-shows, and cancellations.

And if you need this report in another format, you can save it as a .xlsx file to export to Excel.
