The number of passes can vary based on their membership affiliation type, allowing flexibility in how different membership plans receive benefits.
Follow these steps to set up Booking Passes for your club members:
1. Access Manage Bookings: Log into your admin PlayByPoint account and navigate to the Manage Bookings section.
2. Go to Settings: Proceed to the Settings area where you can manage different configurations for your club.
3. Locate Booking Passes: Within the Settings, find the Booking Passes option under the Membership Settings section.
4. Add New Booking Pass: Click the 'Add New Booking Pass' button to start assigning passes to different membership types.
5. Configure Booking Passes: A pop-up will appear, allowing you to set up a booking pass per affiliation type.
6. Affiliation Field: Select the Membership Affiliation Type—this determines which members will receive the booking passes.
7. Program Field: Specify how many passes members receive for booking programs.
In other words, these are the number of booking passes for Programs, lesson packages, and such.
8. Reservation Field: Similarly, determine how many passes members get for court reservations.
Understand the Impact: It’s important to tailor the number of passes to the membership plan. For instance, if you have a Yearly Membership with founding and regular members, you might allocate more passes to founding members than regular ones, reflecting their elevated status.
9. Save Your Settings: After setting up the passes, click 'Save' to apply these settings to your club.
This feature gives you the flexibility to provide different levels of benefits to various member types, enhancing their engagement and satisfaction with your club’s offerings. By effectively using booking passes, you can ensure a rewarding experience that encourages continued membership and active participation in club activities.
