Learn how to create notifications tailored to your individual needs and preferences.
We believe in the flexibility of our users to choose how they want to be notified. This tutorial is meant to serve as an example of the notification settings you can tweak to get the best experience and never miss a booking!
- Log into your Playbypoint account.
- Go to your Profile.
- From the left-hand side menu, find Notification Options.
- Once inside Notification Options, you want to ensure that the Allow Notifications box is checked. If it isn't, then you won't get any notifications about your bookings.
- You'll notice our notification channels are divided into 3 columns: Email, SMS, and Push.
Email notifications will be delivered to the email you use to sign into your club account.
SMS notifications will be sent to the phone number linked to your profile.
Push notifications are to be received directly into your devices: desktop, mobile, and smartwatch.
Now, let's go through all of the Notification Options available. Here's how you can customize your notifications:

These are only some of the options, however, they can vary based on the racquet sport and club rules.
