Our mobile order flow is as smooth as possible so your club's players can easily place orders to pick up on-site.
In this guide, we'll teach you the basics of tracking mobile orders placed when booking a reservation.
First things first, it's important you get familiarized with the notifications from when orders come in. But before we get started, ensure you're logged into your Playbypoint account and inside Manage Bookings.
Now, once inside, you'll be immediately redirected to the Calendar view. In there, to the top right-hand side, you'll see Orders.
Now, when you go to Orders, you'll move on to the Merchandise Sales page for your club's shop.
This is a fast and convenient way to access them without having to switch screens inside the platform.
This page is where you'll visualize all the orders that are coming in. You can see older orders and set different date ranges.
The orders themselves will have a Status column signaling whether the order was fulfilled or not.
Click on any Order and view all the details.
