Playbypoint now powers your club's online shop in the same app!
To get started, here's a step-by-step guide on how to set up SHOP in your PBP account.
1. The first thing you need to do is log in to your Playbypoint account.
2. Once inside, find your way to the Manage Bookings button to be redirected to the inside of the tool.
3. Now, go to Settings.
4. In Settings, under the App Mobile section, click on Default Rules.
5. Scroll down until you see “Enable merchandise” and flip the switch.
*Note that your players need to have the latest version on the App Store or Google Play to be able to see this feature.
To finalize enabling the SHOP, send us a Live Chat requesting access and we will unlock that feature for you.
Then, ensure your products are visible on your club's app. Head over to the Merchandise icon in your sidebar menu.
And then under the Management section…
Select one of the products and click on the Edit button.
When you're inside the product's details, find the “Visible On” and “Sellable On” sections and check the box Mobile for both.
Doing this will make your products visible and sellable on your club's online shop in the mobile app.
