In this article we will identify what might have happened to the lesson package after you cancelled a lesson.
Scenario
You have cancelled the lesson and you cannot locate the pending lesson package on the user profile.
- Search the user on the dashboard to view their profile
- You will find any available lesson packages under “bookings”, below the user profile photo
If the pending lesson package is not reflected there, continue reading
- Go to activities on that profile and select “view details” for the cancelled booking
- Make sure the payment has been refunded (even though it is a package, the system will value as a refund for it to be reflected on the persons profile)
- If the payment has not been refunded, select the 3 dots on payment details and refund.
Go back to the users profile to view the lesson package reflected.
