How to Master Late Cancel Rules

Instructions

When you create a program you have the following scenarios when it comes to cancellations:

Hours prior permitted to cancel

1. Input “Hours prior permitted to cancel” to define how many hours prior to the start time they are not allowed to cancel
   

2. The player will not be allowed to cancel after the allowed time

Enable Late Cancel

1. Toggle “Enable Late Cancel” to allow cancellations after “hours prior permitted to cancel” has passed
   
2. This will allow them to cancel but will not receive a refund (Penalized)
3. Players will be shown as late cancel and a spot will open up in the roster
