In this article, you will learn how to troubleshoot if a refund is not visible.
Review Payment Date (Late Cancel)
*Note: Payment will not be refunded if cancellation is made after allowed hours prior to cancel*
- Go to detailed view on booking to review activity and look at the cancellation date
- On the Activity log you can identify the logs on when someone cancelled the reservation/lesson/ clinic
- If it was cancelled outside of the allowed hours there will be no automatic refund. If you still wish to refund that payment, it can be done so manually.
If the player has canceled within the allowed hours, please wait 3 business days before contacting the software help desk.
