How to Master Program Pricing

In this article you will learn all about program pricing.

When you create a program, you will be given two options for pricing: Package and Session

Instructions

Package Pricing

Player Category; Make this price available for a specific player type or any. Number; the number in reference to period included in that package. Period; see below. Description; text that can be seen by users purchasing the package. Price; total package dollar value (i.e, number is set to 10 and Price is $300, would mean “each class is $30”.)

Period;

Session : per class(i.e 5 sessions = 5 single classes) 

Week: Full consecutive weeks (1 month = every single class available for that month

Month: Full consecutive months

Per week: In reference to the number you input and allows to select within that single week. 

Per month: In Reference to the number you input and allows to select within that month.

Per week per month: It lets the user select that date of the week for the duration of the month
Per week per total program: Lets you select by weekday (# of sessions) to be scheduled every week for the total program length

Session Pricing

Session Pricing enables a single session price to be available for a desired length of term.

Time Unit; Price available from current date to number stated ( days out, weeks out, months out) (i.e, From current month until month 3). Player category; The category that pricing will be available for (i.e, you can have one for members and another for non members, residents or non residents). Price; Dollar value for a single session.
