Instructions
Step-by-step Guide:
Create a Group
- Select Announcements on the dashboard menu
- Select “Groups” on the top menu bar and click on “+ New Group”
- Input a title and create
- On the right side of the selected group you can search users and add them
Create an Announcement
- Select Announcements on the dashboard menu
- Select “Announcements” on the top menu bar and click on “+ New Announcement”
- On the right side of your screen input the following to create an announcement:
- Select the type of announcement; determine how that announcement will be delivered (Email, SMS, Web, Push Notification). Title; Create a title for that announcement. Group; select the target audience your announcement will be delivered to. Show Recurring Delivery Options; select the dates for a recurring Content; Input the content (Images, Text) you will be sending out.
- Select “Save” and that will enable the “Publish” button to send.
You can update that announcement at any time to edit content and settings.
