In this tutorial, you will learn how to add a Manager or an Operator and the difference in permissions between the two.
Instructions
- Select “Settings” under manage facilities
- On the top carrousel, Select “Other Users” and click on “Managers”
- Select “Add a new court manager”, search the user (email or name) and assign a role (operator or manager)
Select “Update Facility”
Remember to click on “update facility” when you add a new user or update an existing one
Manager vs Operator
Operators do not have access to any of the reporting tools and numbers
